In the surroundings of Andria, near Bari in Apulia, at an altitude of 250 metres a.s.l., lies the farm GIANCARLO CECI, run for the last eight generations with the greatest respect for nature and traditions. The Mediterranean climate, the location amidst a landscape of low hills, the presence of oak woods, the non-intensive cultures contribute to preserve the biodiversity and the precious balance of this ecosystem.

Winemaking: SOIL: not very deep soil, very permeable, fairly rich in limestone and rocky layers. TRAINING SYSTEM: spurred cordon. VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE: Harvesting grapes is made by hand, soft pressing. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel in absence of oxygen. AGEING TECHNIQUE: In stainless steel tanks sur lie with regular batonnage. Zero sulfites added, Biodynamic Wine Demeter certified. Vegan Certified.

Organoleptic Characteristics

  • Colour: Straw yellow.
  • Nose and flavour: Typical scent of the grape, intense and sweet at the nose, tasty, fruity and long flavor in the mouth.
