La Casa de Lúculo has not only recovered but reinvented the Garnacha wine from Navarra thanks to a winemaking style that focuses on the respect for the variety way more than on creating a recognizable winemaking signature.
Winemaking: Cold decanting by gravity, during 24 hours. Fermentation in French oak. Wine stays in contact with its own lees, during the three-month ageing process.
