Made from 100% of the grape variety Viura that comes from over 25 year old family-owned vineyards, which belong to the family San Pedro. The vineyards are located
close to Laguardia, a Medieval village in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, the northern region of D.O.Ca. Rioja, the first D.O. in Spain.

Winemaking: The grapes are manually harvested, pressed and chilled to 12ºC before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18ºC. Once the wine has been fined and has undergone the cold stabilisation at -5ºC and final micro filtration, the wine is bottled.

Organoleptic Characteristics

  • Colour: Bright straw-yellow colour with green tones.
  • Nose and flavour: Fresh and expressive bouquet with floral tones. On the palate the wine is well balanced, smooth and fresh with floral and citrus flavours. 100% Viura grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks and no oak.
